Horrible customer service

I I will be reporting the Oakbrook mall location store. I was there today and I have a medical exemption not to wear a mask. The employee himself was not wearing his mask Picking his nose and when I went in they told me I needed a mask which I cannot wear due to medical reasons. The employee told me that I needed to provide proof of my exemption which is agaisnt hippa and the Ada guideline to provide proof of my medical exemption. This is disturbing for the time that he spent arguing with me about my mask he could have gave me the items I wanted to purchase and I could have left the store I will no longer support your businesses. This is disgusting.

I wanted to order pretzel bites and it was 25 minutes from closed. They had everything shut down but what was in the warming case. They also had the fountain drink machine closed and the slushy machine closed. The only beverage available was lemonade. You could see that they all wanted out of there and this was the day after Christmas and the line was fairly long. This was at the Galleria Mall in Cheektowaga, NY

Accidental purchase

I had accidentally bought a bucket of cinnamon pretzels online on the website, not the app, and it won't let me refund or get my money back. I have no transportation to go get the food, let alone go and ask for a refund for it, and I'm like freaking out because I'm hella anti-social and would have asked for delivery anyway.

And I don't know how this works maaan, I'm just trying to get a refund on it somehow, I really did not mean to buy anything. I was legit trying to show my brother the price and tax for what I paid for the last time I ordered to show him what he owed me back but I done accidentally bought another, and I'm literally sobbing, and I guess we're not allowed to use emojis but if I were to use one it would be the girl just standing there cause that's me right now. I just need help with this please. And I did call the people I sent the order to, but it's not their faults, they don't really know how they can help me either since it wasn't on the app, So don't blame them.

I just don't know either, so yeah!! I just need the company to reach out or something idk man but thanks !!

Went in to get a drink and the sweet tea tasted bitter and nasty and not sweet I asked if I could exchange it for the lemonade and if need be I would pay the difference and the cashier immediately just charged for an entire drink . I asked could it not be exchanged and I pay the difference and she stated verbatim well if you give me a second Im gonna refund you after you pay for this one I stated that was not communicated to me at all but the statement was with attitude. I said no need to be rude , I would have like for that to communicated with me other than just paying for a new drink. She then started talking rude with her hands and I told her in customer service that is never appropriate. Her exact words was I was just recently promoted to lead you think I care ? And when you leave Ill probably be promoted again and then asked me to leave. I told her she was very rude and asked for her name so I could file a complaint and would not give me her name. This was the Bass Pro location in Little Rock ar. Please have someone give me a call.

Regarding paycheck

I have been trying to contact the Auntie Annes located on Center St. in Salem, Oregon regarding my paycheck.I recently was employed there but only for a short amount of time, I have talked to several people at this location letting them know I still not have received the pay I earned, I also called the corporate number to find out if there was something they could do to help. They called the salem location and left a message stating that I, Trey McGrattan need to be payed for the hours I worked on the stated dates. I have still have not received my check for months and this is an ongoing problem with the store. The person I talked to at this location continued to yell at me, tell me he couldnt help me and hung up the phone. I am very disappointed.

We waited for our bucket pretzels and the employees burned it twice it tasted like burned food so I took it back and she was pretty rude and punched the counter while everyone was looking this happened at the 1803 village w pkwy Kansas City Kansas location. They burned many customers and the had attitude along with it. I asked for a refund she again had an attitude when she gave me the receipt I dont see it saying its been refunded on to my card.

Auntie Anne Order Wrong.

Good Evening,

I'm very displeased at the moment with Auntie Anne's. I'm an avid customer and order through the app for delivery quite frequently.

Today I placed a fifty eight dollar order. Upon receiving my order it was missing a large pretzel nugget, cheese sauce and a glaze icing sauce. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but after contacting the store to let them know and to get a refund I was told to contact DoorDash since Auntie Anne's uses them as a third party service to delivery for them when an order is placed through the Auntie Anne app. When I called the store I spoke with the manager, Kate.

She told me that they couldn't refund me the money and that I needed to call DoorDash which makes no sense considering Auntie Annes is the one who provides the food and bags it up. DoorDash called the store and put me on hold and the store and its employees would pick up the phone and hang up on her. This happened 9 more times. All I wanted was for my money to be refunded back on my card but apparently that's too hard for Auntie Annes to do.

Im not happy with the turn out. If this is how it will be to a loyal customer I will take my money else where. Im expecting a response to this email.

I tried calling the number 877-778-**** but it says they aren't in office even though im calling during business hours. My ordered was place for 2700 Miamisburg Centerville Rd, Dayton, OH 45459

When I tried to show her the details of your promotion. After I refused several more times she finally reach for the nuggets. In the mist of her getting the pretzel and ringing me up. I informed her its the cinnamon nuggets I would like. And thats when she handed me the bag and said, No along with a few other words. I was refused the item, in such a rude and unpleasant way. I got the worst service ever at 3737 branch ave , temple hills, md 20748 I dont know if I should ever go back to that location.

I asked a simple question in a polite way. Is everything ok? As she's Bessuiure, another staff member was serving a customer for 20 minutes. Kim took it upon herself to say if you don't like it , come out of the Que! I found this to be rude and very unprofessional. My six-year-old asked how long till we are next, and she told my little one she can come out of the Que. Rude!

Was at auntie Anns in Northgate mall in Cincinnati Ohio on 10/20, ordered two large pretzels with two cream cheese, pretzels were so hard you couldnt even eat them even when you got to the bottom of the container they were terrible. Unfortunately we didnt find out till we were already in the car and the mall was closed.

Stolen orders

I placed an order for delivery and when I called the store was told it was picked up and said it was noted as canceled. The store informed me that this has happened to another person. They don't know who picked up the order, and since I ordered it through their app, I don't have that information either. I would like someone issue a refund as well as include the name and service they use for delivery.
