She didn't resolve my issue and was extremely rude. And this was your excuse for cheese, ranch, and shredded cheese?

I have seen the manager of Auntie Anne's in the Winston Salem Hanes Mall steal from the register on multiple occasions. The first time being December 12th, 2025, and the second time being December 26th, 2025.

Every time after I see this, she announces to the staff that the register is short and begins cursing at them.

Please look into this issue. Her name tag says Torie, and again, she is the manager at the Winston Salem Hanes Mall.

Stopped at the reat area on the PA turnpike my granddaughter wanted a pretzel and slushy she loves them. The pretzels where skinny and burnt and the slushy wasn't mixed with the flavor on the bottom the girl said just stir it with the straw that didn't work and I ate the pretzel it was almost uneatable.

All of that for $20. Poor food poor service.

Hello, earlier today I stopped by one of your stands in the Premium Outlets and was devastated by the lack of food quality and customer service. I ordered the mini pretzel dogs and I was so excited to try them.

Looking at them, they looked amazing and yummy, but that's not what they tasted like.

It felt like eating a burnt, greasy pretzel dog. I was really disappointed and disgusted, and not to mention the lack of customer service; we felt rushed and didn't get to properly look over the menu options.

I purchased the pretzel my free pretzel I asked the lady how long it will be before new pretzels will come out she said 7 minutes I didn't have that time to wait because I had to get back to work so I just chose one of the ones that were already there which I really didn't want to do because they look like they were hard she said that they have been sitting there for about 20 minutes when I received the pretzel it was hard and I couldn't go back in because I had to get back to work and I had already left so that was the problem I was not happy

the customers at your location at the mall auntie anns was all *** mean to me at the zanesville ohio location all bc i was crying and having a bad time they called my sister and said rlly mean things

I went to get my free pretzel and I asked how long it would be before new ones would be ready the time wasn't good for me because I had to return to work so I just got one that was made she said they were 20 mins there but it was hard I wasn't pleased

Went to get a pretzel at a mostly empty McKinley Mall in Blasdell, NY. Staff were on a break and returned while I was standing there and said she was on break.

Give me a break. A sale is a sale.

Went to Auntie Anne for their BOGO promotion. Cashier said it requires app purchase.

After adding the offer and tried to add e-gift card to check out but couldn't add.

After numerous trys finally had to use e-gift card at the cashier but couldn't take advantage of the promotion. Called CS but couldn't help whatsoever.

On our visit to Staten Island we stopped at auntie Anne's store at south ferry terminal for a bucket of cinnamon sugar nuggets. We like them a lot and buy them frequently. However,this time they did not taste as fresh as they usually do.

7 dollars for freaking pretzel nuggets is ridiculous and they werent that great either. My niece wanted a pretzel was told it would be 5 mins to make it then was asked if she could have the nuggets instead because she couldnt make the pretzel I didnt realize they were 7 bucks for the nuggets are you *** kidding me???

I have been turned away to buy from this store because I had an emotional support animal that was in a bag. I was told I can stand outside to have my order taken.

Anytime mall I have been to I never been turned away. I will never buy from this location ever.

Very rude and unprofessional service my son is an autistic person and they were laughing at him. I know this company would think this is ok when its not. Teach your employees professional manners and I was told the supervisor for this store isnt gonna do a thing
