The cook was rude and disrespectful. Was burning food and was behind making food. I have pictures and footage that I will be posting onto social media. And reporting to attorney general and better business bureau. Told me 10 min food would be ready. Food didnt go in until 10 minutes after my order. This location is very unprofessional. I will be letting the community know to petition this location.

When I called after I got home wondering why I was charged $29 for two pretzels two small slushies and two little cheese cups. The customer service that answered the phone said I was only charged by his receipt of $26 and I believe 47 cents but according to my chime account I was overcharged and also I've been eating Aunt Annie's for many many years and when I got the ones yesterday they were a little crispy and didn't quite have that Aunt Annie's taste

didn't do a call no show see I told him to cancel My shift when I finally talked to him. Like before my shift I called and let the manager know that I would not be able to make it.

I'm trying to get in contact with someone from Instagram. That can help me get my account back. Because it is saying my account is the deacativated because of it.. I'm trying to get back into my Insta work account.

And it's not letting me get back into it. Every time I contact customer service there is nobody you can call and talk to and when you email them. They tell you to go on the website.

But there is nobody I can physically talk to or email My name is deandra smith. The manager is Ryan at the location

They never returned my call! And the owner of the store was very rude about my purchase not being ready like the website said .she just said come back in a hour! Then when I returned she took food out of a service window and dumped into 2 large buckets to fill my order so still was not ready when I asked why were they burnt she pointed to a picture on the wall and I replied there's no black on the picture and she became very rude and sent a young lady worker to tell me she was canceling my order and it took her days to do that! Was there today talked to the salesperson for a couple minutes and asked him why the hot dogs wrapped in pretzel are always burned. 2 weeks ago I was at Walmart in Eastlake and there's an Annie's there and I had ordered two of the long sticks and they were both kind of burned and dry. But my issue today was when I got my time alert I got an alert that said I was charged $29 and my order was only 2566 so I need that fixed. I couldn't believe it was even actually $25 for two pretzels two small drinks and two small cups of cheese outrageous honestly thank you

I remember going to ones at Northwoods mall in Peoria and got lemonade but they tasted weird when I drank it,the company should be fined for not probably disposing of food and drink item that went bad,the company is a cheapskate trying to avoid had to waste expired items.

I asked for a small cinnamon and sugar pretzel bites employee told me it would be a 15 minute wait for the small and I would need to get out of line and wait for 15 minutes for a small order. I was not allowed to pay for it and wait at side. She said I could purchase a large for 53 cent more. That I could not pay for the small and wait for. That was the protocol.

Brought my mini pretzel dogs home and all of them were BURNED black on the bottom. I could not eat them Then calling to tell the complaint it was way much more work than needed to do that and still never got a hold of a human.

Poor customer service employee was on his phone not paying attention to my order my granddaughter is highly allergic to cinnamon I ordered reg salted nuggets & received cinnamon the young lady said salted will be ready in 3mins his phone rang as my oder was being placed & stated to me they'll be ready in 30 mins as he preceed to be relieved to talk on his phone while in the middle of my order the manager allowed him and she preceeded to fill my order wrong I went back to wait for 29 more mins only to trade my salted nugget order for a salted pretzel which was $1.29 less than what I paid just to be able to go on with my evening very displeased with my experience

This has happened several times, at least 5, at the same one that is in Gurnee Mills Mall in Gurnee,IL. I love the pretzels and they are treats for me but when this keeps happening I cannot keep going there. Recently I used gift cards I got from my Chase card so technically I got them free. I have told them more than once that they have been well done. I usually get them to go but I will have to inspect them before I leave. The last one didnt look that bad but when I started eating it it was hard like its been sitting there for hours. The picture is from another visit.

User's recommendation: I do not have a picture! nor can I find my receipt but it was 1 cinnamon sugar pretzel! And I think I left that info on recording when I called the first time. My family and I have always enjoyed a sweet & salty treat from Auntie Ann’s until a particular day, Christmas Eve 2023. Every item we asked for, we were told quite rude & curtly “don’t have it!” Or “we’re out!” Or “come back in 26 minutes!” To be honest, it was an exhausting exchange but I went on to purchase the ONE pretzel they had . I asked for a coke and AGAIN was met with “we can’t! The soda machine is down.” I’m sure I rolled my eyes in aggravation but I didn’t utter a word , only reached across with MY MONEY to pay her for that ONE ITEM! She immediately threw her hands up, walked away and told a male employee “you have to take HER money! I can’t deal with her rudeness!” (This all while the manager was standing on the other side of male employee! I began to ask what the problem was and she (THE EMPLOYEE) tells me I have an attitude and I (and my 70 year old Mother) had been nothing but rude to her. I half laughed and exchanged a few heated words with her in my face pointing at me and telling me what a B!TCHi had been plus all the others she’d dealt with that day! We made the comment, “it’s Christmas Eve and you should have been prepared for a crowd!! That really made her angry. I walked around to the side where the manager (bewildered and confused) stood totally silent She only apologized but NEVER ACTUALLY enforced that employee to DO HER JOB and shut her mouth! Y’all need to know before spending your hard earned money at an organization that treats patrons such as this! It doesn’t matter if her customer before me had ordered for 20 minutes, she SHOULD have been as sweet and approachable to me and my family! This occurred with my 16 y/o son & daughter, myself and my 70 y/o mom.

Poor quality

I already sent this once, but I wasnt sure if it went though. Just wanted to share my disappointment in my sweet almond pretzel purchase at C terminal at Denver airport. It was dry and hard as a rock. Took one bite and threw away. Super bummed, this is usually something I treat myself to when I travel.

So so unhappy. At the Tampa airport by gate A6. First of all how dare you charge over EIGHT $8 for a cup of pretzels that probably cost you .50cents!! Secondly. They were cold and seemed stale! Couldnt return them because I was already on the plane. Terrible.

Charged twice for a product I didn't want. Finally charged correctly however only one of the original charges was returned. When I got to the car, the dough surrounding the weenie was raw/ not fully cooked (dangerous). More importantly, the staff at the Auntie Anne's inside of the Milford DE Walmart had zero interest in rectifying the situation. I'm still owed $3.25 and I want it. But don't make the mistake of thinking this is all about the money. Treating customers this way, in my estimation, invalidates the company's right to do business.

This is in regards to the Auntie Anne's Pretzel Restaurant in Kingsport,TN in Fort Henry Mall. The guy didn't mix up lemonade mixer the right way like he was supposed to and he was pretty rude to my friend. They weren't even ready to open. They open at 11 am. They were still doing prep work which should have been done already. They acted like they couldn't wait to get rid of us. I will never go back.
