On Monday, August 26, 2019 at approximately 6:40p, an employee of the Springfield Mall (Springfield, PA) approached your location to purchase a pretzel while on her break. The employee has had a bad history with a current employee (La'Dasha) of this location, as such she asked a mall security guard to accompany her to act as a witness of the transaction.
La'Dasha was working the register and called for the next guest, which was the mall employee in question. La'Dasha took her order (one Almond pretzel) and then immediately began insulting and berating the mall employee in front of the security guard and a line of at least ten people. La'Dasha cursed and threatened the mall employee and then began cursing at the security guard as well.
Another employee took over the transaction, but La'Dasha continued her tirade the entire time, demanding to know why the mall employee would "come to her store", when on several occasions (including the previous Saturday) La'Dasha came into both stores the mall employee works in, not to shop, but to harass the employee.
The mall employee is currently in the process of filing a restraining order against Ms. La'Dasha.
